General information

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age 21 years old. The driver must have a valid driving license for at least 1 year.
FUEL: Gasoline consumption is to be paid by the renter.
RENTAL PERIOD: The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Every hour in excess is charged of the standard daily rate.
TRAFFIC FINES: Fines and their consequences caused by traffic violations are under the responsibility of the renter.
INSURANCE: The standard rental price covers injuries and damages to the third party, according to the contract.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (C.D.W): Additional comprehensive insurance may be purchased for 12, 5€ per day, which ensures the customer of any damage over 500€ (any damage caused underneath the car, to the tires, wheels and windows are not covered by the insurance).
TAX: The daily rates include all taxes.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER: The charge for additional driver is 3€ per day.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION: There is a free delivery and collection of the car to Kardamyli, Stoupa and Ag. Nikolaos. There is an extra charge of 0.30 € per km elsewhere.
There is also the option to collect the car from the Athens Airport at a extra charge.
IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT: In case of an accident you should call:

TYPE OF A CAR: The Company has the right to change the type of the car and provide you another one in the same category.
BABY SEATS: The Company provides to our customers baby seats FREE of charge.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: The use of the credit card (Visa or Master card) is necessary.
RENTAL BEYOND THE BOARDERS: The use of our cars abroad is NOT ALLOWED.
TRAVEL BY BOAT: Is allowed only with the written permission of the Company.
FREE DELIVERY: To Mani Messinias, to Kalamata and Kalamata Airport
EXTRA CHARGES: For delivery / collection of cars between 21:00 – 08:00.

Outline of the insurance policy

The insurance of the cars covers the following:
1. Damages to the other car (third party) up to 100.000€.
2. 24 hour road assistance.
3. Theft.
4. Fire.
5. Windshield damage.
6. Personal injuries to the driver.
The insurance DOES NOT cover:
1. Any damages caused to the lower part of the car and tires.
2. Any damage caused while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
3. Any damage caused to the interior of the car such as burns and big stains.
4. The Company is not responsible for the theft of any personal items.
5. Accidents caused when the driver HAS NOT BEEN DECLARED in the rental contract.
